I highly recommend Northern Lights for any of your electrical needs. I recently coordinated an Office relocation and there were a lot of additional electrical works required that we did not plan for. Northern Lights were prompt to respond, met me onsite, provided a quote quickly and a plan and were ready to perform the works immediately. Their flexibility, communication and friendly customer service were extremely appreciated. Especially since I do not have a great deal of knowledge and experience with electrical related matters,everything was explained clearly to help me understand what to expect and the works that would take place. Good dependable tradesmen, happy to recommend. We first used them on a seven level apartment block in New Market, where they needed to liaise with a building manager and occupants, and access was not easy to arrange and co-ordinate. We have found the office staff very professional and easy to deal with, who are able to work around jobs and other trades efficiently and get the job done. We have since used them on half a dozen other body corporate buildings and very happy. Proactive guys to work. Cheers

Needed to upgrade a 50 year old house - basically drag it into the 21st century, John assessed the job, put forward some very good suggestions and convinced me to go with Northern Lights. I recently had a hot water cylinder problem. No hot water & about to go into a long weekend. I called Northern Lights Lighting & Electrical as they are local to me & they were amazing! They organised one of their electricians to come first thing the next morning - before I left for work. The problem was fortunately not a complex one but I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness & the electrician who fixed the problem was polite, informative & efficient. I was charged exactly what was quoted. I would definitely recommend this company & will not hesitate to use them again for electrical work.

Extremely professional service from start to finish. We had two remote control ceiling fans installed. Electrician was wonderful, worked quickly and paid attention to minute details. Whenever a decision needed to be made that would affect the final outcome, he made sure to explain the merits of both choices before leaving the decision to us. As chair of a Bodycorp for a mid-sized block of units. We had several companies and solo electricians quote to supply and fit security/safety lighting for our property. John from Northern Lights was extremely patient and professional in our dealings. Because we had to go through committee process the project took considerably longer than would often be the case and we had many (possibly silly) questions and requests. In the end we had some last minute changes due to close neighbours.All of these issues were handled with aplomb. The gentlemen who carried out the work were friendly and more than professional. The work carried out to an impeccable standard. The price was absolutely on par with others who I'm certain would not have delivered to the same high standard. Further, when there was a small issue uncovered (due to some previous poor workmanship) which couldn't be solved on the scheduled work day, the team came back, unbeknownst to me on the next business day. This, despite a schedule which should have seen them tied up for at least a week, to resolve the issue.I can't speak highly enough of John, Libby and his team. We have them quoting on a much larger job this very moment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have dealt with John and his fantastic team of Libby, Raz, Nick, Sam and Scott. Scott is not with Northern Lights now but, each one of these people have been professional, timely and efficient. This team re-wired my home last year and just recently I asked them to replace a damaged power plug and socket for my daughter. They are easy to talk to about what work I would like to have done. They listen to what is being said and describe in detail the work they can do and follow through on that. Anything unexpected is addressed immediately so that I may consider alternatives before they proceed. There are no surprises. They are up front about their costs and in return I am rewarded with the confidence that the work they have done for me has been work done to high standards. I have been treated fairly.
